Welcome to NorthPointe Dance Academy!

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to NorthPointe and express our sincere desire to assist you in any way possible with your child’s dance education.  We started our dance studio as the dream of two women who at the time, did not know each other very well, but had a passion for both dance and children.  The two women (and many others along the way) have now become lifelong friends and in the process, NorthPointe Dance Academy has become a state-of-the-art dance facility with professional instruction for dancers of all ages and abilities. Our dream has come true!

As our family of dancers has grown, so has our commitment to giving them the Best Dance Facility in Central Ohio.  We are thrilled to offer a brand new dance studio unlike any you have ever seen!   We have carefully thought about all the little "extras" that a building could offer both its dancers and their families.  We welcome you with open arms into our beautifully designed and decorated new space.

Our new 12,000 sq. ft., free-standing facility, custom built for dance instruction, is distinguished by six dance training studios featuring full length mirrors, ballet barres, variable speed CD players, and pro sound and light systems. We are proud to equip each studio room with a professional dance floor. With over 700 high foam blocks under the floor surface and the professional top surface, our special floors help to reduce injury to young bones and muscles. Two of our ballet studios are equipped with pianos for live accompaniment during our ballet classes (something typically reserved for strictly ballet studios). In addition, our visitors and family members can enjoy Wi Fi and cable television in our spacious and comfortable waiting areas. We also have a play-area for small children to enjoy.

Although we are a nationally ranked dance studio with a large student base, the measure of our success is not in the volume of sales or always finishing first.  It is found in the smile on each child’s face and the joy expressed by their parents for our genuine concern for their child’s dance education and overall well-being.
